Engridd is built on a simple belief: the AEC industry doesn’t lack talent, technology, or opportunity. What it needs is stronger connection.

About Engridd

Transforming BIM Learning into Real-World Careers

Engridd Labs redefines how BIM talent is developed, validated, and discovered. In an industry where skills alone are not enough, we focus on building real capability through hands-on project experience and structured learning pathways.

Our platform connects aspiring professionals with industry-relevant workflows, enabling them to gain practical exposure, strengthen their portfolios, and confidently step into the professional world.

By integrating learning, execution, and career visibility, Engridd Labs ensures that every learner is not just trained—but truly prepared for the demands of modern digital construction.

Founders Note.

“The AEC industry doesn’t lack talent or technology. What it needs is alignment. Engridd exists to connect people, systems, and BIM delivery so real work moves forward.”

—Cinu Thomas

Founder, Engridd

The idea of Engridd did not come from a moment of disruption. It came from three decades of observation.

Over the last 32 years, through InterCAD, I have had the privilege of working closely with the AEC industry. We supported organisations with the right software, trained thousands of students and professionals, collaborated deeply with academia, and helped teams build IT infrastructure capable of handling complex design and BIM workflows.

Through this journey, one truth became very clear.

The industry has talent.
The industry has technology.
The industry has projects.
But these elements often exist in silos.

Engridd was created to engineer the connections between them. It represents the next chapter of a journey that began with enabling tools and training, and now focuses on building an integrated ecosystem where BIM can truly deliver value. Engridd is about removing friction, enabling execution, and helping the AEC industry move forward as one connected grid.

Thank you for being part of this journey.
